These statistical models are applicable in all construction projects, and it does not require hectic working for integration. Only basic knowledge of MS Excel, Primavera P6 and Power BI.

As a PMO Planner and Project Data Analyst, He is expert in developing the Project Schedules, Preparing EOTs, Optimizing the Data Collection Procedures, Establishing the Performance Measurement system.
